Michael Pollan on "Deep Agriculture"

This is actually from last year I think, but it is a about an hour long talk given by Pollan on what he proposes as the future of our agricultural system. His thinking is in large part due to the idea that the energy requirements for our current agriculture system are not sustainable. As energy costs soar it has a direct affect on food costs (along with everything else) and further is very detrimental to sustaining productive soil. I he points out that each calorie of food has about 10 calorie inputs from fossil fuel.
