Omnivore's Dilemma

I am currently reading a book called "The Omnivore's Dilemma" by Michael Pollan. This is an important book and I highly recommend it. The book was first brought to my attention by my brother Rick who is a chef in Atlanta. I think he reads more than he eats, he is always recommending great books!

This book explores the many issues of just where our food comes from. Remember the Upton Sinclair book "The Jungle" about the meat packing industry way back when. Well in some ways things have gotten "cleaner" but more dangerous over all in how our modern food production system has evolved.
